Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your MyFlowers account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the items you wish to return and submit a digital request.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage to delicate home accents during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the exterior of your return box.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
